1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched (whichever is earlier) for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, opt for a return as per our return policy below.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
- Duration: We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Conditions for Return: To be eligible, the item (Sink, Kettle, etc.) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Chopping Boards and other kitchen tools that come into direct contact with food are not eligible for return or exchange once the original packaging has been opened, unless they arrive damaged.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (via Cashfree) within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
